Terms of Service & payment

Before you making a decision to place an order, please review the terms of service below carefully.

  • my artwork is for personal use. if you want to use it for a commercial use, please tell me beforehand.

  • I may post your finished commission on my pages. unless asked not to from the request form.

  • you are not allowed to change, modify, edit or use my art without permission. Sharing, posting, and using as a banner is ok with credit.

  • All my artwork is not allowed to be used for training an AI for any reason, Please do not it will break all artists' heart :(

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason. I will notify you beforehand if I can not accept your request.

  • Image size and resolution are not fixed, it will depend on the details (the range of size is 1000px - 5000px, the resolution is 72 - 300DPI). If you have a specific size, please tell me in the form.

what consider as a commercial use?

  • All works that will be used for profit, such as novel covers, Vtuber models, merchandise, etc.

  • The pricing for commercial will be charged as an extra of the total price, it can be divided into 2 groups.

Commission Process

Sketch > paid > continue work > revision > finish

  • filling the commission request form or contact me directly to discuss your project in more detail.

  • I will notify you that I received and accepted your request. I will provide initial sketches for your review it may take a couple of days.

  • Once the sketch is approved, Please do not send me any payment until I have confirmed and summarised the price then I will send the payment invoice to you. You can choose either PayPal or Stripe as your payment method. the payment can be paid in either full or 50% of the total price as a deposit.

  • I will continue working once I receive the payment. (Please note that once the work is in the colouring stage, clients can not request a refund or deposit.)

  • You have 3 revisions to change some minor details for free when I send you a progression. After that, there will be an extra charge for further revision.

  • The work will be sent via email for image quality purposes in JPG and PNG file formats.
